Debitum platform update: December statistics (2022)
The last month of 2022 has brought positive and growing results for Debitum platform.
Number of assets (loans) pooled into Asset-Backed Securities by Loan Originator
In December Debitum Asset-Backed Security offer increased to 12 – TRIPLE DRAGON had 25 underlying assets in 5 ABSs, FLEXIDEA had 2 ABSs with 10 business loans, and EVERGREEN CAPITAL rocketed up 81 underlying assets in 5 ABSs.
Total number of assets placed in Debitum platform
The total number of assets at the end of December in Debitum reached – 35 ABS programs with altogether 393 business loans financed. The total amount of funding reached over 73 million EUR
The number of registered users (activated)
Another 70 new investors joined Debitum in December reaching 3617 registered users.
Money deposited
In December we continue to observe the ongoing positive tendency of inflow of new funds on Debitum. December month platform finished with 13.7 mil EUR of deposited funds
Total money invested
The total money invested in the platform on the 1st of January 2023 was 59.8 mil EUR
The proportion of investments by loan originators
In December 86.8 % of all investments were in TRIPLE DRAGON, 3.7% in EVERGREEN CAPITAL, and 9.5% were in FLEXIDEA assets.
Months’ Average interest rate (p.a.)
The average interest rate for all assets available in December dropped by 0.6% in comparison to the previous month and was 9.36% p.a.
